What sort of a moron would fly with an airline whose main criteria for pilot selection is race or gender?

One who is required to by the government. If it gets bad enough, and it will, SAA will be the only airline allowed to fly in/out of South Africa. And, when enough incompetent air crews start auguring flights into the veld, all SAA pilots will be former Indian, Pakistani, or Syrian jet jocks. Flown with them. Maintain a tight grip during drink service. Mid flight course corrections are...ahem, breath taking.

On a sadder note, now we live in a country where race, gender and sexual deviation are being added to the criteria for selection of those who would defend that country.
