The problem is the following: If you are a Repulican and you are talking to the press you are in the following equivalent situations. Baseball analogy:

1. 2 Out, Man in scoring position & 2 strikes that's if the press guy isn't obviously hostile or
2. 2 strikes & 2 outs - Normal press attitude toward GOP candidates or
3. 2 strikes & 2 outs and the umpire has been bribed!

Any GOP candidate that forgets this deserves to lose.
