As I was walking my dog last night I wondered why the First Witch worries about diets instead of single pregnancies. That is a huge problem for women, children, and society. More so than McNuggets, IMHO. Considering that the First Witch is of the right ethnicity to comment on the African American Single Pregnancy problem (70% of births are to single moms) you would think she would attack the problem. It is very high amongst the Hispanic and white population as well (53% and 29% respectively). But no, she's worried about McNuggets. Oh well, so what 1,000s upon 1,000s of children will suffer in poverty because no one in a leadership position is willing to pooh pooh that lifestyle.

Well Mooch-elle is highly pro-abortion, and demands government subsidy for Planned Parenthood which disproportionately kills more Black babies than other races.

But despite all the abortions on-demand and contraceptives and condoms, iud’s etc, and abortions all for FREE, we still have the scourge of teenage mothers, single parent homes, babies born drugged up from mom’s drug abuse, etc.

Morality and abstinence must play a role at some point.

0bamacare is an extension of 0bama, who is a compete disaster. And failure, I’ll add.

I keep laughing over the Democrats demanding more Romney tax returns. The 0bama team has a Treasury Secretary who is a tax cheat and didn’t pay his taxes. For a president who won’t release his college records or answer questions about his social security number, let alone who produces a fraudulent birth certificate. And they question Romney’s taxes. One would think the IRS would be all over Romney if he was not paying the amount due.

Yeah, that’s a winning issue. < /s >

I’m guessing it’s all of the above. Romney’s taxes and the Democrats wanting to see more. That’s all a distraction. For anything else, I’m guessing it’s spin time for new faces.

What do you think?

I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong, and that’s great.

If I remember right appointees go back into private practice or industry or business for the most part. For Democrats, they get into the selective service of various agencies in salaried positions that are protected by union contracts. Getting rid of all of them is difficult to do but I agree with you, do it anyway. If that means having to abolish a job position, do that. In light of SEIU, every cabinet position and agency should be scrutinized, looking for political crony Democrats who were hired and get rid of them too.

Romney will have to do this or suffer poor performance or agencies not doing their jobs. I remember someone saying, years ago, that the Secretary of State could not do his job because of the Democrats hired at SOS. I think it was Colin Powell who had an especially bad time there.

But, you’re right. Get rid of them on day one as quickly as possible.

Kabar probably has better information than I do.

Free abortions have a hard time competing with the various ways to make money by having kids. The first is a one time event. The latter is ongoing, month after month after month. There can be big money in having children.

Yes, I know they go into some kind of private practice; but I thought there was a law requiring a passage of several years before they could do that.

Maybe it’s only the rule for lobbyists ..?? Not sure.

My problem is that most of them know way too much .. and they are not checked on or monitored. How can we know if someone in the admin or cabinet position is not feeding prior employees with information ..??

Too many times, repubs believe a “public servant” is just that .. and they never stop to question the person’s idealogy; a simple thing if you just check how they vote.

I agree. Our failure to do that has really hurt Republicans in the past and will again unless your advise if followed.

Exactly or worse yet chase everyone over to offshore places that still have reasonable costs like Mexico or Costa Rica. Cutting 700 billion out of medicare will push lots of doctors out of the system if not encourage them to retire. Already many doctors don’t take medicare or medicade. It will only get worse if zerocare is ever implemented fully.

Relevant weekend observations;
1)
NBC HEADLING ! a conflicting vote Ryan made about earmarks once in his 14 years. OMGOMG!

2) Politico with its knickers in twist flashing alerts !!! about a republican congressman whom we’ve never heard of who went skinny dipping in Israel
Lots of minutiae hyped to be BIG frigging news

Both reports reek of desperation. Both sources should be ignored.

All political appointees must submit their resignations when the new President is sworn in. The so-called Plum list provides the jobs that can be filled with political appointees.

There have been cases where political appointees filter into career positions. They do it by either applying for existing career positions or the jobs they hold are converted into career postions. Normally the public employee unions guard career positions from being filled with political appointees, but given the Dems and the affinity the unions feel for them, it is possible that this is happening to a greater extent than when I was in government. GAO does studies and reports on this.

Here is one such study done in January 2010. We won't know what Obama did until after he leaves office.

Oh, Chewbaklava isn't interested in solving problems for society, as a communist, she's interested in destroying American society.

The RATs and RINOs have created every government program and mandate which accomplishes that goal from FDR and Socialist Security, which destroys the individual responsibility for personal finance, to the Community Reinvestment Act.

Also look at all these initiatives ranging from LBJs Great Society, which destroyed the black nuclear family, abortion, boy-raping sodomite rights, single mothers, green power/expensive energy, union thugs, regulations exporting jobs, the wave of illegal aliens.

....etc etc etc.
