Of course they deny arresting him. Such as they now are, one’s Constitutional Rights such as speedy trial,4th amendant, not being forced to incriminate one’s self, do not kick in until arrested.

While I acknowledge that this administration ignores and subverts the Constitution, aren’t there time limits on detentions? At some point don’t they have to officially arrest him under public charges or let him go? I thought there were limits on psychiatric detentions for observation. Perhaps these vary from State to State?
