I prefer to fight Romney. We know how to cripple Obama? Preposterous. He has PDDs, executive orders, and can order agencies to do anything he wants. He fights the Chicago way and believes he has the right to destroy this nation that has plundered the world. He loathes the Constitution and this nation. We have all seen what he is capable of doing.

If Romney does something I don’t like, I will be out in the street with other FReepers. If Obama does something I don’t like, he has the power to keep me out of the street. And he will. There is virtually nothing Obama will not do to advance his agenda. We have never seen anything like this in the history of the presidency.

I would rather fight Romney in power than Obama in power. No one from Obama’s party will fight him as he consolidates more and more power. Tea party pols and other good conservatives will fight Romney over those many issues with which we disagree.

Boehner to GOP members: 'Get your ass in line'

I disagree with you 100%. We are far more successful fighting an opponent on a groomed battlefield before us than we are fighting an opponent working from the shadows within our own camp. That is pretty basic strategy. I guess, after seeing what a paper tiger Obama is here in Wisconsin during the recall, I'm not as afraid of him as you are. The folks in Arizona are learning that same lesson. I know we'll make more ground working against a common adversary we have already unified against than we would working against an adversary that pretends to be one of our own.
