The 2012 election has often been described as the most pivotal since 1860. This statement is not hyperbole. If Barack Obama is re-elected the United States will never be the same, nor will it be able to re-capture its once lofty status as the most dominant nation in the history of mankind.
The overwhelming majority of Americans do not understand that Obama's first term was dedicated to putting in place executive power to enable him and the administration to fulfill the campaign promise of "transforming America" in his second term regardless of which political party controls Congress. That is why his re-election team is virtually ignoring the plight of incumbent or prospective Democratic Party office holders.
The most significant accomplishment of Obama's first term is to make Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating an imperial and, in a second term, a potential dictatorial presidency.

The Kenyan is conducting a communist coup.
You are either stupid or blind.

I don’t care how you commit suicide. But not seeing the Kenyan’s communist coup is stupid.
My fear is that this could be America's last election.
Or a Patriot.
Or a Patriot.
Or a Patriot.
Or a Patriot.
Or a Patriot.
Or a Patriot.
I wholeheartedly agree, although Romney was my first choice of those that ended up running for the nomination. With Ryan, he doubled down on the seriousness of the situation.
It’s true that Romney isn’t a true Conservatives cup of tea but at this point in time, given the stacks, e.g. Supreme Court appointments and on and on - Romney/Ryan must win.
Gimme a clue: which one’s which, IYO?
Agreed on Ryan and Romney’s now doubling-down.
“Romney/Ryan must win”.
THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE FOR AMERICA. No other option at all.
“I feel we have to play with the cards we’re dealt. Unless something changes and because my overriding concern is to have my vote truly count towards getting rid of nobama, I find myself reluctantly voting for Romney.
IMHO, there’s no other way to go. Leaving the POTUS race blank on your ballot or just voting the “down ballot” races will do nothing towards removing nobama. You have only one vote. You have a duty to make it count for something. Who will do less damage to the US in the next four years, nobama or Romney? There you are. “
You are correct. And it dawned on me earlier today that those who refuse to vote for Romney based on some sort of “principals” are fundamentally unpatriotic since most of these folks are fully aware of the destruction Obama will wreck to our country in a second term and yet are willing to sacrifice our Republic in order to keep their “principals” intact.
Unlike many who will vote for Obama who are totally ignorant of history, economics and a whole slew of other disciplines, they cannot plead ignorance. It’s one thing to vote for Obama based on total ignorance, and it’s an entirely different matter to aid and abet Obama’s re-election when one knows what he is going to do to our Republic.
Same here.
Well, the really white one is Romney.
Or could bring about a revolution.
