The atheists are already at it. FoxNews.com has a story on a billboard they've put up for the Democrats' convention: Atheists' road signs attack faiths of Romney, Obama...

I suspect that most American atheists are Democrat.

AAI President David Silverman told FoxNews.com the signs are aimed at keeping religion and politics separate as the convention gets under way Sept. 3.

Other faiths, including Judaism and Islam, were spared because the billboards are designed to attack GOP nominee Mitt Romney, a Mormon, and President Obama, a Christian, according to AAI. They will remain up for a month, and cost Silverman's group $15,000.

HOGWASH! If Silverman is working so hard to "separate" politics and religion, then why is his organization working so hard, and spending hard money, to "combine" them in the public mind?

Plus it's doubly hogwash, because 0Bama is no Christian. If AAI hasn't figured that out yet, then truly, they are clueless morons. Either that, or they are willfully spreading disinformation that can only "help" 0Bama....

Their animus is ALWAYS directed at Christianity — certainly not Islam, or even Judaism. They wouldn't bother themselves at all about Mormonism, except that that faith speaks of God the Father and Jesus, His Son. [Though not in ways of which dogmatic Christianity approves.]

The atheists' problem, bottom line, is JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF. HE is their "enemy!"

And I agree with your suspicion that "that most American atheists are Democrat." I imagine the rest is composed by people who have no sense or experience whatever of interior, spiritual life, and so have no direction for their thinking about their own personal existence and their place in the world; and then, some Libertarians.

But such Libertarians "by definition" aren't genuine "conservatives."

Just some thoughts, FWIW.

Thank you ever so much, dearest sister in Christ, for your keen observations here!
