This is an observation from a guy down here in Texas, but, due to the Jerry Sandusky/Penn State scandal, I think the population there will begin dropping dramatically. Now, there is talk of them not only being punished in the Athletic Department, but perhaps losing some of their Accreditation. (Heard it on Rush last week.) Look for a decline, this Fall, in the population in Universtiy Park, PA and other areas of the State where they have one of the 19 common wealth campuses and 5 special-mission campuses. Just the fall off from the Penn State population's liberal vote, could help the GOP in a close Election. But, then, PA breaks our heart every 4 years. We think: "This might be the year that PA goes Republican in the Presidential Race." And, it never happens.

At one time, Penn State was actually a strong influence for conservatism because it was the agricultural college in our commonwealth and also graduated top notch engineers of every stripe.

Despite Bammy's win here in 2008, it still is nowhere close to a RAT stronghold. But by driving what remains of the good people out with the accreditation scare and near dismantling of the athletic program, the gay mafia and their RAT allies are poised to take control.

This really hits close to home and rips my heart out. Our son in law had been accepted into a mostly scholarship paid graduate program and we were so looking forward to having him, our daughter and (especially) our grandson close to home. But, of course, he's asked them to defer the offer and, of course, Penn State has accepted the request because they don't exactly have a lot of people lined up to take his place. They are doing okay now. He's recently earned a promotion at work and they just don't want to take the risk of investing in a degree program which might be rendered worthless by administrative fiat.
