Mark Belling is solid stolid MidWest. Mark Davis is a guaranteed snooze fest and should get the hook. I used to like Mark Steyn but now I can't listen more than 30 minutes because his constant joking and humorous asides are too busy and frantic for me. His act has worn thin.....for me. Walt Williams is a numbskull on trade, is a free traitor, so of little interest to me but I'll listen 30 minutes before turning radio off
Steyn never gets time for show prep, and is not by nature a radio guy.
He does remarkably well for a fellow that just gets the 3 AM call up.
Rush is the consummate radio professional.
He has time for show prep, he knows how to use the pregnant pause when speaking.
He is serious yet humorous.
He can relate to the little guy and the guy in the penthouse.
Mark Steyn makes me laugh all the way through. I love him.
I love Walter Williams because he takes the lib calls and smacks them around verbally.
The others, meh.
Mark Davis’s problem is that he is so condescending.
He is a good radio talent, but he is not that conservative and he is a condescending schmuck.
Also he takes his radio skills over the top, and wear them out.
I hate the way he makes sound effect noises and pats himself on the back all the time.
I don’t miss the self termed “Talk show boy”
its hard to replace Rush no question. I would disagree with you about Steyn but than that’s what opinions are for. We all have one.
