To: colorado tanker
They are saying that as a landlord we are banning guns from our property.

A theater may be able to do that... I'm not sure a landlord can. Can a landlord tell you that you can't have booze in your rental?

I don’t know the law on that, Johnny. This may just be the prelude to another lawsuit.

No, that is not the case; CO State constitution, Art. II, Section 13:
The right of no person to keep and bear arms in defense of his home, person and property, or in aid of the civil power when thereto legally summoned, shall be called in question; but nothing herein contained shall be construed to justify the practice of carrying concealed weapons.
