I was driving in my truck, with traffic, at about 50mph, at night. Suddenly, I see just a bit of white sock in front of me and slam on the brakes. This “dark complexioned” person was dressed in black from head to toe, and decides to jaywalk. The guy was not reflecting any photons. If I hadn’t seen his sock, he’d be dead.
So he flips me the bird.
I have to travel to a ‘poor’ section of town and the same thing happens OFTEN~!!!!!!!!
These ass holes seems to want to walk out in front of you as nice and slow as they can and seem to dare you to hit them
I nearly hit someone just the other day under the exact same situation- I could NOT even see him in the dark until the last possible moment, and I left AT LEAST 50 feet of skid marks from my tires AND some nice smoke- he scrambled pretty fast at that...
