I really believe the communist goals of taking over one or both political parties has been achieved. And it's both.
I used to think that the left supporting gay marriage was just a difference of opinion, now however, they are outright attacking Christians for their views. Romney has not stood up against this. Heck, even Obama came out for traditional marriage in 08.
I see a lot of posts about religion of FR, and I am not a very religious person. But this is very scary stuff.
Conservatives tipped their hand before the primaries going along with the ABO mantra. ABO? of course not! Talk about showing your hand. The R's ran with it and crammed Romney down everyone throat.
I really don't believe for the GOP this is about winning. I truly don't.
Question: What would the GOP have to do to make you vote for another party? I guess McCain calling TP people trolls isn't enough. Or Boehner calling us knuckle draggers. Maybe it's Romney afraid to support Christian beliefs?
This is enough for me. I would like to know others thresh hold
Actually, McCain called us "assholes". His "personal assistant", Lindsay Graham, called us "bigots". And, yes, John Boehner has indeed called us "knuckle-draggers".
To me, the best solution is to displace the so-called establishment. We have the power to do so. All it takes is volunteering to be precinct captain, committeeman, etc....and working your way up. At some point, the TP displaces the establishment...and there isn't a damn thing they can do about it.
We just have to make up our minds to do it. And, near as I can tell, the process is already in motion.
It will take hard work and patience -- the latter apparently something that is in short supply among conservatives.
But that's exactly how the radicals took over the Democrat party. In 1968, they were in Grant Park, rioting. By 1972, they were in the hall, taking charge. By 1976, they were in complete command.
In the meantime, the GOP establishment is essentially useless -- but they aren't anti-American or anti-capitalist.
A third party is -- and will continue to be -- the dumbest political idea imaginable.
