That is NOT going to solve the problem in California, where the price of gasoline has rocketed past US$4/US gallon because of the isolation of the state from the rest of the country in terms of petroleum supplies.

I am paying $4.19 a gallon in California. 3 weeks ago it was $3.94 at the same station then the following week they had the Refinery fire in Richmond and it went up and keeps going up. The news readers here are blaming the high price on the fire but as you can see it was already almost $4.00 per gallon before the fire. I blame OBAMA and the COMMIES in the DEMOCRAT party.

I believe that California’s Prob is it’s mandated mixture and lack of susficiant refinery capacity to produce such mixture.
