IMHO, Romney’s justice department will reopen this case within thirty days of taking office, unless Obama preemptively pardons Corzine as one of his last acts as president.

Mittens and all the Republicans elitists will always join hands with Democrat elitists to bail out corporate perfidy however they can. MF Global was merely another corporate bailout for J P Morgan although the bailout did not require legislation nor tax dollars but the illegal confiscation of accounts. Mittens will not oppose ANY corporate bailout no matter if it requires legislation or the violation of law as the bailout of JPM required.
