Yup, plain cheese pizza for me that the dough was freshly made that day or left over night in the refrigerator, not this factory made days old dough that some pizza shops get.
Also ? the pizza was made by hand and not rolled by a machine.
Hope they still use ( POLLY'O ) mozzarella cheese.

Twenty five years ago my wife broke her arm, so I cooked for a few weeks.
One of the "tricks" I had picked up somewhere years earlier was putting sugar in tomato sauce.
My two sons loved my sauce so much, they wouldn't let my wife make pasta again for years.
