Maybe they'll claim he's suffered from a mini stroke or some other ailment that impairs his capacity to remain as Veep.

They blatantly do this stuff in clear daylight all the time and pretty much no one calls them on it. The few that do are labelled conspiracy theorists and whackos. Hell, Freepers will be on her sending out prayers for the Biden family and sending flowers.
