Its a bad law ... but this part is probably more of a stupid error than an actual policy position.

They wanted to get that damn contraceptive mandate on-the-books so fast that they didn’t even bother to carefully word the stupid thing to avoid the crap that even they think is ridiculous (like this part, I would guess). I don’t need another reason to dislike this dipstick and every law he screws with.

I get the feeling the Regime is making these changes as fast as it can because it doesn’t expect to be in power much longer.

Well, it seems to me that the Democrat leaders of today ARE rather stupid. However, when one looks at the groups who ACTUALLY WROTE the law, I think it may have very well been a policy position.

You’re gravely mistaken if you attribute this particular outcome to ‘error’. Why do we keep giving liberals cover?

Imagine they could sterilize your daughter without parental consultation from their school. Why wouldn’t liberals jump at this chance?
