The greatest need of young black males is a decent male role model to act as a father to them. Without that, young males will tend to seek out examples of masculinity to emulate. Unfortunately for young black males, the most masculine examples to follow are gang bangers and rap artists and video games like Grand Theft Auto.
They ("young black males") have been doing this long before video games, rap artists and gang bangers came along. Even before the invention of the personal computer. It's their criminality and racist hatred of white people that is the cause. (I know, that's so un-PC of me to mention that.)
I have personally experienced and witnessed it in the late 1960's and 1970's when I was much younger. There is nothing new about this. It's just that the internet is making it easier report and see it. Especially when these feral humans brag about their activities on U-Tube.
