On the bright side:

So true but these allegedly jobless yoof have all kinds of cash hustles on the side. (so they are not so jobless) Might be selling drugs or their EBT card. Might be working cash only construction or automobile repair. They are a lot more entrepreneurial, have lot more private sector experience, than our stupid Kenyan pResident
