As pointed out by a couple posters, it appears the lawsuit was filed by a law professor, but not based on any complaints by Muslim students. The article isn’t explicit about this. It appears the issue here should be the attorney rather than Muslim students.

If this attorney is not a muslim and attending the university, he has no standing and he should be prosecuted for barratry.

Depending on the state, disbarment should be the result.

That would seem to make sense to me. I assume there is a complaintant, just not a general “uprising” of Muslim students.
