This is why we needed to get constitutional carry passed the first time around.
It would have been nice, and it came close. Still, it is better to get half a pie than none at all.
Of the states that have passed shall issue, I am not aware of any that have made it more restrictive. I have seen numerous states make their shall issue laws less restrictive, and three (Alaska, Arizona, and Wyoming) move to constitutional carry.
