I don't want Obama or Romney to win.

Sad that someone that has been on the site for almost 13 years gets told he wants Obama to win because he won't vote for the GOP liberal.
********************************************

Okay, come back to reality. One of them is going to win.

You just said that you come to these threads to convince other people not to vote for Romney too. If you succeed in getting enough republicans to vote for a third party candidate that has zero chance of winning. Who do you think is going to win?

So, that is your dog in this fight. Your goal is for Romney to lose.
Well, someone that has been on this site for 13 years must know how elections work. If you succeed in getting someone to lose, someone else will win.
Who do you think that will be?

No, I did not. If you want to vote for Romney, and that works with your principles and conscience, go for it.

Voting for the GOP liberal goes against both my principles and conscience.

Jim has an entire thread about this tonight. Maybe you should read what he has to say.

“So, that is your dog in this fight. Your goal is for Romney to lose.”

If folks like you were to support the actual conservative over the fake conservative than Virgil Goode would win.

Your goal is to elect Obama, sure as rain falls. You’re so convinced that Romney is ‘electable’, (whatever that means), that you are willing to sacrifice your principles for a few points vs Obama.

If you cannot convince conservatives that there is a concrete reason to vote FOR Romney - then he is going to lose and rightfully so. Nominating Ryan as his VP only highlights his shortcomings.

It’s like going to a wedding, when the groom has a nasty and spiteful bride paired with her younger, attractive and kind sister who treats the groom with respect. You don’t think the wedding guests are going to notice the difference?

I don’t know about you - but I’m not going to wed myself to Romney.
