DENVERThe rigors of the campaign trail have not kept Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan from his intense workout regimen, a daily tradition he observes religiously in the wee hours of the morning.
Ryan was spotted Tuesday in the gym of the Renaissance Denver Hotel working out to a P90X video on his iPad.

Add a few fainting women and it’s over for zippy lol!
Wholeheartedly agree! :-)
My DD-18 is headed to college in 10 days as well. She’s a dancer, but I sure hope she sticks with it - she’s genetically predisposed to balloon up with lack of exercise!
My daughter was a dancer too . . . 15 years of dance tuition, pics and recital costumes. Worth every penny. I’m going to scrapbook all her pictures from dance now that it is complete.
LOL! My wife’s about 6 years behind in the scrapping of dance, but I expect it’s on the list. Right after Colorado vacation!
Hope you have a GREAT vacation. Best wishes to your daughter. Ours has been gone for two weeks come tomorrow. Band camp. Lots of hard work, 8 to 8 for two weeks, finally found out she made it Friday night.
hahaha! I suspect you’re right! :o)
I just did some research on Rushfit and I have decided to
purchase the program. About time I got
off my butt! Thanks for the suggestion!
I love this program and its gotten as good if not better ratings than p90x and better than Insanity.
Ill tell you why - the workouts are a lot faster and they are not boring. Additionally, there is little to no equipment needed whatsoever and the instruction is excellent without being that rah rah yeah team nonsense.
Its tough and you will sweat like you never have before, but its not a lung burner where you feel like you are going to die.
What i would say is PM me before you start because there are some pointers i can give that will make it a better experience for you. I would also say read the reviews on Amazon as most are very representative of the program itself. I left a very lengthy one under NYLWYR if you want to check it out.
Here is also a good comparison between the three

Great start for her!
