That gives me an idea. I’m going to go back and find some global warmist that predicted we’d already be past the “point of no return” by now. Then, when these guys hassle me for donations, I’ll just explain to them how, according to Dr. So-and-so, it’s too late for that, and all their efforts were for naught. Maybe I can demoralize a few of them that way :)

IIRC, Ban-ki Moon said in 2009 (before Climategate) that failure to pass a treaty in Copenhagen would mean it was too late to prevent global warming.
Notice that the relationship between temperature and CO2 is assumed and never documented.
Unfortunately, millions of years of data from Antarctic core samples show that CO2 increases ALWAYS lag temperature increases by centuries or millennia - the OPPOSITE of what global warming alarmists claim.
