Met him once. He then was an ‘Anglican Archbishop’ supposedly involved in the ‘renewal movement’ in the Anglican Church. That was a good thing. Today, of course, the Anglican Church has fallen into total disrepute. And Tutu was much more about ‘redeeming South Africa’ from British/Dutch influence.
Today I do not shive a git about his ‘pronouncements’.

For starters, Betty Williams is a hateful bitch, not a peaceful person. You can look the rest of them up. It’s not pretty.
As the ultimate shark-jumping joke, they gave one to Dick Obama before he even did anything. I think they are still waiting for him to do something.
I’m hoping they will award a prize in Chemistry to me some day, although I don’t do Chemistry. But I don’t think it matters to them. They can do whatever the hell they please. It’s their game.
