Or just drop them over the side of a ship, with a rubber raft and paddles, and tell them "Your home country is THAT way".

You'd probably only need to air drop a couple of them and the rest would figure out how to GET BACK IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES even without assistance.

Alternatively, failure to accept a deportee should make that country's ambassador subject to imprisonment in a particularly dank and dark dungeon.
