Who is paying for Holder's lawyers?

Sorry, Pelosi is right. If Holder ain't paying personally, this means nothing except it will cost US!

Holder will respond only when it either means criminal actions against him or costs him a LOT of money.

If neither of these things happen, R's are, as they say, pissing in the wind.

Yes, it'll cost taxpayers for the suit. From what I've read in the last couple weeks the precedent has already been set and Holder will lose this suit. The last step of noncompliance thus resulting in contempt of court on his part will subject him to jail until he complies.

Don't know how it will turn out but it'll be interesting to watch.

The civil case is first, pushing for release of the requested docs so that a thorough discovery can take place. Then after Romney is installed with a new US AG in Jan ‘13 the criminal case can be built and pursued against these felons.
