A twofer, eh? Well, he'll find out what the words "constitutional officer" mean the first time he tries to silence VP Ryan on a matter Ryan thinks is important. Ryan will be happy to sit in the Senate as the de facto leader of the Senate Tea Party Caucus, if Romney tries to shove him aside.
