It is up to congress, they controll the code of military law.

Contol congress and you control the issue.

We need a supermajority to pass the federal marriage amendment. (prefereably one like NC)

So you imagine Romney would sign it. Heh, not hardly. That is the one principle he has consistently held for over a decade. Promote the homosexual agenda and give them whatever support they need, without being open about it.

Make him president and he will never sign anything restricting homosexual activity. Promoting it, yes. Restricting their activity, no.

Even if congress were to pass legislation repealing its lame duck repeal of DADT...Myth Romney would still have to sign it.

Where does he stand on that? The truth is that Myth Romney is pro-homosexual and always has been...just like he was in Mass.
