FYI, some added details from local TV news report ... woman was described as young, in 20s, video showed her vehicle as a small jeep with a small boat on its roof ... witnesses who apparently succeeded in disarming her before police arrived, said she had the goal of killing men because of something that had happened to her, and then she had planned to kill herself. She was apparently overpowered almost as soon as she began her shooting.
