Will all the reporters now descend like buzzards on Janesville, Wisconsin, looking to dig up dirt on Ryan?
Did he get in trouble in 8th grade for something? If so, we will be shocked, just shocked, and liberals will imply that he is unfit for high office, due to such events in his life.
The liberals, with one voice, seem to decry the Ryan budget, and say that he throws Granny off the cliff and all that. But this campaign should provide a good contrast, in that, Obama has not even done a budget in his time as president. And, Obamacare takes hundreds of billions from Medicare. Ryan will be a good spokesman on those sorts of budget related issues.
Then, when Ryan speaks about these things, they will downplay it, and go back to something dumb he may have done when he was a boy.
I guess I’m cynical about how the media will spin things, sorry.
No kidding. I hope he was truly vetted and has the record of a saint. No 7th grade pranks, no high school shenanigans, no college fun. I can’t wait for the press to start interviewing his elementary school principal. Ugh.
they are already saying he doesnt have the experiance fot the job..like Obozo whe never had a real job does?
“I guess Im cynical about how the media will spin things, sorry.”
James Carville (CNN) just criticized the way Paul Ryan was dressed! No tie! And then he said that Romney didn’t have a jacket on! Sheesh!
Wolf just shrugged his shoulders and said something like he didn’t see why it mattered.
I think you are just being realistic.
We all know that the mainstream will take-off and run with whatever talking points the propagandists and prevaricators at the DNC feed to them. That's what they always do.
There is only one question. Does the fossilized mainstream media still have the clout to influence the outcome that it once had?
I don't think they do.
They’ll find a next door neighbor who’s mad at Ryan.
That’s not being cynical, that is being realistic
The media will always spin but Ryan has a history of calling out the premise of their questions before he answers. That puts the media rats on the defensive and exposes their bias.
The scuttlebutt I'm hearing is Ryan picked his nose when he was 5 years old. Only a matter of time before the New York Times leads on the story!
Don't worry Dilbert...there will be a lot of FReepers helping the media bad-mouth Romney and Ryan.
