I’m willing to wait a bit for more info...This doesn’t sound logical at all. To remove her tampon (as claimed) the officer would have had to remove her underware and have her naked on the side of the road. Others (including the police dash cam) would have seen this. And if her tampon was properly inserted it would take a bot for someone else to remove it.

Dash cams are pointed forward. Maybe they had her stand on the other side of the cars, out of the view of the cameras.
