The "zero tolerance" for sexual harrassment is really just policy [from the corrupt, depraved brass] to clear the field of dissent and competition. This outta-the-closet intimidation is abject abuse of power and systemic sexual harrassment, a top-down edict to force acceptance of depravity and hostile homo work environments.
It's not enough for these freaks to keep their perversions private. No, they must use their high positions in the chain of command to force others to embrace and tolerate the deviancy or keep their mouths shut in fear of reprisal.
