I can very clearly see the earbuds still attached to ... not separated from the phone.

The location is important because in his first interview with the police George stated that he was punched at the "T", then fell and that's where all the action took place.

Later George said that he was punched at the "T" but stumbled 10 feet or so away from it before he fell and that's where all the action took place.

But lo and behold, the shooting took place 50 feet away from the "T". That's a mighty long stumble.

George, did you stumble 10 feet off the "T" or 50 feet off the "T"?

Which is it George?

And did Trayvon run, George ... like you told the police in real-time in your non-emergency call or did he merrily skip away like you told Hannity in your fund-raising interview?

And George, why didn't you call the emergency 911 line if you thought Trayvon was committing a crime?

And George, why didn't you use your tactical flashlight to defend yourself?

And George, did you drop you keyring flashlight at the "T" when you were reaching for your cellphone gun? You made too big a deal trying to explain your phone's location. Sorta like to too big a deal you made looking for street names.

Are you really that dumb George, that you couldn't remember the names of the three streets in the complex where you lived for several years and 'patrolled' daily?

And George, why were using the name ‘datniggytb’ on myspace?

George, you should have listened to Wendy Dorival when she told you that members of a neighborhood watch are not supposed to confront anyone, but only to be the eyes and ears for the police. George, you should have listened when she told you watch groups are not even supposed to make the rounds. That is the job of another kind of volunteer organization, Citizens on Patrol, whose members are selected and trained by the police and who drive the streets in a specially marked vehicle, armed only with a radio. George, you should have listened . . .

George, the jury is going to be made up of human beings, who are not going to like that you were toting a gun and ignored the dispatcher and followed Trayvon anyway. There may not be anything legally bad about that, but it shows your character. You thought you could handle the situation yourself and didn't care whether Trayvon lived or died. Your intent was to stop another criminal from getting away, even if that meant death to that criminal. You stereotyped Trayvon and assumed things that weren't true. It certainly made an ass out of you, and also made you a murderer. You wanted to set yourself up as a hero. You should have waited for the police to get there, not pursue Trayvon yourself.

You must have better eyes than I do. If the earbuds are there why aren't they listed in the caption of the picture? Instead it just says "TM's cell phone". And since the evidence tech would have been the one to take that picture, how come she lists them separately in different locations.

The location is important because in his first interview with the police George stated that he was punched at the "T", then fell and that's where all the action took place.

You mean that's where the action "started". It ended forty feet away where Martin's cell phone was.

Either way the captioner of that picture calls it just "TM's cell phone" not "TM's cell phone with earbuds attached". And the evidence tech lists them both separately -- the cell phone in one place and headphones [earbuds?] in another.

This is clearly not good for DeeDee's and Crump's and Corey's credibility. This explains why we don't have those phone records yet??? They probably don't match either.
