Well, that's like saying GLAAD is a human rights organization. Yes and no. This "band" got in trouble for a blasphemous (and very illegal) act they put on in an Orthodox cathedral rebuilt to symbolize Russia's embrace of its religious past. They deserve a severe sentence.
They obviously believed that making outrageous statements in the US is a "courageous" act.
Now they know that if you want to be courageous, you have to leave the US.
