I think they should not execute this guy,

but study him.

That way we can find out what makes him tick or what doesn't make his brain tick properly.

After we are done, he should be free to go.

Did I mention that as part of studying his brain we should physically extract it.

When we release him we can hand him his own brain and he can put it back in himself.
