I don't get workman's comp because I didn't realize what happened at the time and I didn't report the injury.

You messed up both of your rotor cuffs, but didn't realize it, even though you took off work and spent time at home doing physical therapy? You could have gotten workman's comp if you had realized it, but would have been faking an injury, which you are trying to say that you had?
