These people are idiots. It’s summer time. Funny how that happens every year isn’t it? The state knows it but never plans for it.
Worse, it plans to make it happen. Government, from the President on down, is doing its best to wean citizens off electricity. CA works overtime to make sure there's not enough juice to run a/c's in hot weather. No new power plants, no new gas pipelines, etc., etc. Keeping people cool and comfortable is bad for "the environment," ya' know.
