Didn’t 0bama issue an Executive Order requiring that certain records of his be sealed?? I can’t recall the specifics.

That executive order,
EXECUTIVE ORDER 13489, only deals with "Presidential" records including his but not limited to his. Any executive order can be nullified by a future EO.
