Is the Blaze responsible for this article? Why is it not viewable? Just wondering....
Its a risky strategy - why?
1) the MSM will spring to Obama’s defense. Its those “crazy birthers” again!
2) after a lot of hemming and hawing, Obama will produce manufactured records. Then the debate spins into arguments about photoshop, pdf files, etc...
It will become trench warfare, and for the TV-addled average American, it simply becomes “he said, she said.”
its better to have others continuously pound on it (like Trump).
Meanwhile, keep looking. I’d be also be surprised if an anonymous offer of, say $100k, for Obama’s Columbia records didn’t produce something.
Romney will never have the guts to issue the challenge. He will stay on the defensive like the simpering wimp most Republican candidates turn out to be.

“I am President Obamas classmate at Columbia University, Class of 83. I am also one of the most accurate Las Vegas oddsmakers and prognosticators. Accurate enough that I was awarded my own star on the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. And I smell something rotten in Denmark. Obama has a big skeleton in his closet. Its his college records. Call it gut instinct but my gut is almost always right. Obama has a secret hidden at Columbia- and its a bad one that threatens to bring down his presidency. Gut instinct is how Ive made my living for 29 years since graduating Columbia. “
Gut instinct and no name for you buys you a bag of Harry Reids.
Get out there and be official if you got some goods.
I agree the best defense is a good offense. Romney should be hammering everything and anything about Obama. It is not just Romney. McCain was “in the bag” also. They all know the truth but can’t bring it up. No guts! No glory!
Since Romney has not been a Congressman or Senator, I don’t think he needs to hide this. He should do exactly what you say and MORE. Obama said he recently paid his college loans. I don’t have a link but I doubt he repaid any loans. His house is not in his name. Is he declaring property taxes and interest for a property that he doesn’t own? That would be tax fraud. He has provided the more recent returns.
I would love to see some old records(ie.. work at Baskin Robbins) where he used a different SS# than the one he currently uses.
Last thought, for now, I graduated college in 81. There were about 5,000 people enrolled. I could not believe that someone would become POTUS and no one remembers him. My frat has a reunion this weekend. First since I graduated. I still keep in touch with many people and hear about births, deaths, weddings, etc... the school puts out these notices on a quarterly basis. I assume most schools do that. Where are Obama’s?
All this is very likely true. However, there is precedent for the liberal media, the government (I mean RINOs, here, and dogmatic liberal government people) to not tell the truth. I’m not saying it is right, but somehow the RINOs involved think ‘damage to the US’ will be done and keep the secret; liberals do what they do best - lie their ass off.
The precedent is John Kerry. He WAS given a discharge under less than honorable conditions because of his war protests while on duty in DC. Likely a general discharge.
He would not release his SF86 which would have shown this. REMEMBER! Jimmy Carter in his infinite imbecilic grace “healed our nation” by retroactively giving amnesty to all manner of low-life traitors - John Kerry’s discharge was updated/amended to read ‘under honorable’ conditions. That is why his papers he did show were dated years after he was released. He did not release the SF86 which would have tracked this.
The same thing would happen, is happening, with Obama.
This accusation at least has first hand accusers---401 of them as the article points out, including Mr. Root himself, who were in the same programs as Obama claims to have been at Columbia U. yet none of them can remember Obama. You would think a guy like him with an unusual name would tend to stick in peoples' memories. I guess you can call all that a little thin, but it's still a lot more than Reid has on Romney.
Here is the correct link. Dearest Mod, can you fix the link below the headline?

Ping!
And, yes, I am as sceptical as anyone of Snope's work, especially when it comes to Obama, but I felt everyone should know it's out there.

Because saying Obama was in Colombia at this time is a cover story for what he was really doing. I would bet every dollar I own Obama was part of Operation Cyclone headed up by Zbigniew Brzezinski, and was sent to Afghanistan to train and arm the mujaheddin.
He was the perfect person to do this. Likely born to a family with CIA ties, brought up in the culture, knew the language, young and could blend in, and probably he is legitimately intelligent.
Why do you think the CIA is uninterested in vetting Obama and his past education? Because it’s a cover story THEY likely created.
There was a newspaper article that had an interview with Obama’s roommate and another that interviewed one of his classmates and teacher. Columbia also wrote news articles touting him as an alumnus when Obama was elected U.S. Senator and President.
What you will find in his transcripts from Columbia that he was probably an average student not worthy of admittance to Harvard Law. Big deal. JFK had lousy grades at Harvard and was accepted to Standford law. John Kerry had lousy grades at Yale was accepted to B.C. law.
All in all I really don't care what someones grades were at age 19. I certainly did not have anything close to 4.0 in college and it hasn't limited my career or graduate school choice.
There's no reason for Romney give the democrats fodder if he doesn't have to.
Wouldn’t someone “remember” you if you were the Prez? Just sayin’. People seem to gravitate and react to fame.
Rush read this column on his program today.
