Absolutely right. The House should subpoena Geithner to testify. If he lies (and he will), the lousy runt will always have a perjury charge lurking and with luck could be sued in civil court by those people who had their pensions stolen.
If he Lies?? It appears he already has LIED, JAIL HIM NOW along with the rest of the gang. Actually the House doesn’t even need to hold hearings, they could just subpeona everyone and Arrest them on the Spot using already made public evidence. Hold a vote to appoint a Special Prosecutor and let them rot til the Senate Agrees.
