President Obama keeps making this ridiculous argument that tax cuts are actually government spending. Thinking along these lines requires someone to believe that all income is the rightful property of the government. Every “tax cut” which leaves more income in the hands of citizens therefore “costs” the government money. It’s a really bizarre, government-centered worldview, honestly.
