Is there a written protocol or something for flying flags at half-mast?
Seriously, I don’t mean to belittle tragic events, but it seems lately that anything & everything qualifies for half-mast flag flying.
It is my opinion that until this imposter is out of the white house, the flag needs to be flown upside down for distress.
The qualifying factor is - its election year!!!!
