A new poll from Gallup looks at how many 2008 voters say they will switch parties in the presidential race. According to the poll, more Americans who voted for Barack Obama will be voting for Mitt Romney than John McCain voters will switch to vote for Obama. Here are Gallup's results:
But as Gallup notes in its analysis of the poll, even though Obama looks likely to win fewer votes than he did in 2008, his margin of victory was large enough that the race between the president and Romney remains close.
” More Obama Voters Switching to GOP “
In the process, even further lowering the collective IQ of the GOP...
Naturally it remains close. Gallup’s prospectus is banking on it. They couldn’t stand the reduction in revenues if they were to call it now.
J-O-B-S!
As a side note, the undead are still reliable democrat voters, with 100% of dead registered voters casting one or more ballots for a straight democrat ticket.
Who are the 5% McCain voters who plan to vote for Obama? They prefer Obama than Romney or third party candidate? To teach the GOP ?
It’s not rocket science...there are less people in the workforce today than in 2008 and there will be less Obama voters than 2008.
It remains necessary to always lie to pollsters. The left must think they are going into this election in good shape. If they are confident, they will not prepare for full-on fraud. We must tell exit pollsters the opposite of our votes so they, and the democrat press will be even more upset after the dust clears.
Exactly.
how on earth are there a full 2-3% of the voting population that opposed Obama in ‘08 but plan to vote for him now?!? I would love to interview one of these idiots: “so, exactly which brand of dart DO you throw when deciding who to vote for?”
Liberals who understand that Romney is a more competent and accomplished pro-choice democrat socialist than Obama.
If only 61.7% of eligible voters voted in the 2008 Election, it might be more useful to consider how many plan to vote in 2012. And who they plan to vote for. I have this idea that the intensity of the “ABOs” is greater than the “Hope n’ Change 2.0” intensity.
“Who are the 5% McCain voters who plan to vote for Obama? They prefer Obama than Romney or third party candidate? To teach the GOP ?”
They were probably never conservatives to begin with... most likely just part of the “huge number of moderates” out there that a McCain nominee was supposed to be able to pick up.
So much for that.
If this doesn’t wake up the conservatives that Romney is a big liberal, nothing will. When Obama Voters are wanting Romney you know there is nothing good there. Kick Romney to the curb at the convention! It can be done and the United States of America would be better off.
I'll tell you a HUGE difference between Romney and Obama that even you can see EV.
Mitt Romney LOVES this country and the idea of American exceptionalism. He wants people employed and our economy back.
Obama does not like America or what we stand for and he is doing everything he can to depress our economy and collapse the middle class.
Who can forget James Carville with the wastebasket on his head? We can only imagine the grief counseling that will be necessary among the media if the Bamster and the Democrat Party crashes and burns this November.
As for pollsters, I tell them I’m undecided. It’s not a lie. I am often undecided about voting early or voting on election day.
The "Oh, we won't be called racists anymore" voters wised up. They found out that Obama is the most race-baiting, class warfare president to come down the pike.
Subject to change at any time, of course.
