Thanks to all who stopped by.
Have a great week!
I looked at one at the gun show a few weeks ago. That is one slick little rifle! Comes with its’ own carry case too.
If you don’t already have a nice .22LR, go for it.
Thanks! I’m looking forward to a week with my wife and kids, and no work. Yellowstone is just a bonus :)
This months Gun Test magazine gave it an A. They put a Williams Rear Peep sight on it that will work with the factory front sight.
I like those Tech-Sights. That’s the thing with a 10/22, you can get tons of after market products.
I went cheap a few years ago and got a Savage 64. It didn’t cost a lot of money, but it just does not compare with the 10/22.
I recommend you get one of the polymer buffers too. Makes shooting a lot quieter.

Cool, bookmarked the Midway page. Now I just have to go by GT tomorrow and get one. Hey how about those Butler Creek mags? Hot lips or steel lips? I’m not sure.
Get the Ruger BX-25 mags. You can take them apart for cleaning.
Only if they’ve been hangin’ from a lamppost over a dumpster fire.
I personally keep ‘em holstered unless targeting. That used to get them warm a few years ago, but....
I have a “tamer” in .410 that Is useful for snakes and skunks
and it has been very reliable. Cheap too. I also have a Handy
Rifle in .223 that is scary accurate. They also have extra barrels that will work on the frame in several different calibers, but you have to send it to the factory to have the barrels fitted. The price for a 12 ga 24” rifled slug barrel for the Handy Rifle was $50 in the literature that came with the rifle.
Thanks for all the 10/22 info. I bet I’ll have a question or 2 for you later on.
