.S. District Judge Reggie Walton ruled that Obama political appointees, through a series of e-mails, did confer with Justice Department lawyers about the status and resolution of the case prior to the DOJ's dismissal of the charges.
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, says the ruling contradicts the testimony of Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez that political leadership was not involved in the decision.
"Surely the public has an interest in the documents that cast doubt on the accuracy of government officials' representations regarding the possible politicization of agency decision making," Fitton states. "So, it's clear here the court found against the Obama administration and rejected their argument and again raised more questions about whether the Department of Justice is run by people who have a problem with the truth."

Right to the Oval Office where they follow the “Rules for Radicals” to the letter and even attempt to add a little juice of their own. Orange jump suits for the lot.

When Romney takes office, fire Holder and reopen the case against the Panthers. Then instruct the new replacement for Holder to immediately build a case against Holder and hold him as criminally violating his sworn duty while in office.

I never understood why republican presidents don't fire all
previous administration's bureaucrats.
Or even better, close their department entirely.
