If they had blood in their mouth, their own saliva kills the virus ...their spit landing on you will not give you aids. Their blood coul give you aids but would have to enter an open cut on your body which is nill. You are really pushing straws here. It is near impossible/extremely difficult to get HIV other than sharing needles from drug use and anal sex and some vaginal sex.
