Your various and sundry effluent doesn't stink, I take it. How many other types of smoke will send you screaming to an attorney? Wood smoke? A barbecue grill? An automobile? A coal fired power plant?

Hold your breath the next time you venture out in public, by the way. All odor is particulate. You could always try to sue for that, too, I suppose.

If you suffer from such and could be physically affected/harmed by a cigar smoking neighbor, you might have a point (not clarified earlier) and legal recourse.

If you simply don't like cigars (what your posts suggested), you should have neither.
