Heck...ELF has it’s headquarters in Portland. They are allowed to roam freely, as you would expect.
They have already been designated domestic terrorists, but it doesn’t matter. Just as Oregon is a sanctuary state.
I can’t wait to be able to spend way more time in my blessed red state. ;o)
