Mitt Romney has been mocked for suggesting he could have got an E letter grade. But according to a copy of his freshman year report card he could in fact have gotten an E letter grade.
My daughter gets one every 9 weeks and interim ones at 4.5 weeks - has been since kindergarten and she starts HS next month.
Grading is pretty tough here as well - 85 is a "C"
I wonder how many straight A students in his class went on to make hundreds of millions. I suspect that his grades didn’t hold him back.
This is kinda fun: http://www.strategicbusinessteam.com/successful-entrepreneurs/the-worlds-richest-school-drop-out-billionaires/
Don’t ever underestimate those that, for one reason or another, took a different road.
I have my story, and I have no regrets. ;>)

The ‘E’ is in the grading scale on the second image. The point was Romney really could’ve gotten an “E” letter grade while he did not in these images.
As I understand it, Harvard teachers generally do not give anyone low grades -- especially to an Affirmative Action student. No joke.
Yes,let’s see obama’s grades, now that we can see Mitten’s grades. Why have the liberals in the Universities he attended not leaked brilliant obammy’s information, I wonder.
This brings up Obama’s hiding of all his background information, so Obama’s media had best tread softly!
“I don’t see an “E”. It appears he was a pretty good kid. Am I missing something?”
I don’t see it either. I guess this was just an exercise. I thought it was going to be some new BS from Harry Reid.
E is in the key for letter grades on the document.
Thank you RW. I had a case of tunnel vision. I was only looking at his actual grades.
When I was in elementary school the grades were.. E..S...or U.
E was excellent.
He seems like a typical student in high school....lazy and not working to ability. Let’s just hope he has changed his way. Some adults can be that way. I just hope he does not live up to his ability and his liberal beliefs.
The REAL fun would start if they would just show us Obama’s grades.
Oh, wait a minute...never mind.
That would earn you a suspension today. :^)
EIEIO is better than Oh-Bah-Mah's EIEEO.
Lots of people.
I don’t think I did, but lots of people. My son did, and he’s about to get his degree in Business Analytics (which is about as far from Art as you can get).
Someone called Rush yesterday claiming to be a classmate of bummer and claimed that he had very poor grades.
Uh-oh, what does that say about your name?
I’ll graduate with the return of Halley’s comet. :)
E - executive
I - incompetence
E - equal
E - employment
O - opportunity
I guess you’re correct. I took home economy (for the girls) and am 3 classes away from an MBA. Took 20 years though. ;0)
